Hi there!
My name is Aleksei, I'm refugee from Ukraine. Me and my family just arrived Canada under the CUAET program. I've created a new Canadian account and tried to confirm my identity. After that, my account has been suspended with no explanation. My balance was 0, so no worries, but I need PayPal account to feel more comfortable in Canada and be able to pay via PayPal, receive funds, etc.
Help me, please, to re-activate and confirm my account.
