Yes, you are right. Although, you have to understand that from our standpoint, it literally seems to us that our accounts have been limited for no reason at all. I am lumping myself in with the person before your comment. I too have had my account limited. So did my father and it doesn't make any sense. Especially for my father. He used it twice to send a family member some money and all of a sudden his account was limited. He didn't send from somewhere unusual and he didn't send to somewhere unusual. It was a pretty standard transaction, but all of a sudden he was no longer allowed to use Paypal. Same thing happened to me. I've used PayPal with no problem for months. I use it for personal reasons, and I haven't used it for anything unusual. I've received money and sent money and I've done NOTHING to break any of PayPal's rules or their user agreement terms, yet my account has been permanently limited and I can't reach anyone at customer service unless I sit on hold for the rest of my life. It is frustrating for those of us that really have literally done nothing unusual. Some may have unusual activity, but some do not. From my perspective, I've done nothing to break any rules. It's a little hard for those of us that have been banned randomly to understand how our activity has become all of a sudden, "suspicious." So that's what that person meant by they haven't broken any rules. I'm in the same boat. I haven't done anything unusual except for the usual on Paypal and my account was limited. And limited permanently. I am beyond frustrated because when you can't touch the money in your account and you haven't done anything wrong, it seems a bit suspicious of Paypal if you ask me. But, that's just my opinion.
