My account is limited after 15 days! PayPal knows nothing about it. Any idea idea of what can I do?

After more than 12 business days PP still has my account limited.

On November 8, PayPal claims to have sent me an email indicating a limitation. There is no email.

On November 10 (during Mexican Black Friday) I found out about this limitation. I sent my data to the link they provided me and immediately they tell me that my account can now be used normally. FALSE. The limitation continues.
I reach out to the PayPal team and they tell me that I had two limitations. The first one is already solved, but the second one... they don't know nothing about the second one. 

They tell me to wait. And wait. And wait... 

I have talked to managers, people from headquarters here in Mexico, and NOBODY knows why do I have a limitation. 


It's been more than 15 days and I still don't have my money and they haven't even told me why the limitation is.
Do I really have a limitation?  Or does PayPal has an error/bug in their system and it's misleading a false limitation?


I am a week away from bankruptcy. Any answer will be appreciated
