My account has been stuck in a loop of "Provide more infomation to hold an account" for months.

My account has been stuck in a loop that means I cannot withdraw any funds.

 

On the main account home page a yellow box appears under my balance that says "Provide more information to hold a balance ".

Next I press continue and it prompts "Your account's limited. Let's get it back on track.".

After I continue again a page comes up that says "Thanks for providing your info.

If you had to upload documents to confirm your identity, we'll let you know your account status within 2 to 4 business days."
 
I submitted these documents a long time ago and IIRC they were accepted. I never hear anything back and my account remains "unverified". The problem is consistent between mobile, desktop and different browsers. 

I have rung up support and they notified me that on their end this error is not visible and that on their system my account is verified.

I've had this exact same problem for almost 2 years. Did they end up fixing it for you?

Unfortunately support was quite unhelpful and struggled to even see why it was an issue, let alone fix it.

I submitted a formal complaint too paypal because that seemed like it was the only option left about a week ago. still yet to hear back...
