My account got locked for being under 18 but I'm 21

My account got limited and when i submitted the extra info(Id card) it got locked for being underage when I'm not and the document i submitted clearly stated i was born in 2001. Help please

The issue may be did you open the account before you were 18?

If so then it would not matter what age you are now it would still be an illegally opened minor account.
