I am getting Permanently Limit Account alert in my account

Hello,
I am a Freelancer, who provides Technology Consulting Services. I received a payment from a client, this is first time I am processing payments through PayPal.
But I am able to see this message on my account "After a review, we've decided to permanently limit your account due to potential risk. You'll be unable to conduct any further business using PayPal."
I am not sure what is wrong here, can anyone please help here ?

Most common reasons for an account limitation are:-
1. You have a previously limited account (temporary or permanent) and you have tried to open a new account and not resolved the issues with the other account first.
2. Using a VPN.
3. Not being in the country where you have opened a Paypal account.
4. Being under 18 / minor account.
5. Having 2 Paypal accounts or more of the same account type.
6. Not having your legal name on your Paypal account.
7. Selling items (often virtual or digital) that Paypal consider a high risk of disputes/chargebacks OR items that violate their acceptable use policy.
If none of those then.........
You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?

reasons 1 to 5 are not applied in my case. So they are invalid.
6. Not having your legal name on your Paypal account.
[ This is new account and legal name is my name, which is correct ]

[ Yes, I am providing virtual or digital services & got payment for that. But PayPal already verified my account couple of months back & I got the email saying "Your PayPal account has been verified. You can now receive payments into your PayPal account.". So not sure where is the gap. ]
I will try to contact Customer Support tomorrow (as of now support time is over in my time zone).
