How do you change your username as a streamer?

Hello, how do you change your username? I tried multiple solutions didin't help. It's imposible to reach out for a support So I'll just ask here. As a streamer I need to change my username to recieve donations

paypal.me username. And I wanted to change my name too because it was not right. I send my documents I'm OVER 18 years old. And I got blocked for not beeing 18 years old. What????????????

ok firstly were you over 18 when you opened your paypal account? If not then it would not matter if you were over 18 now as it would still be an illegally opened minor account and limited when paypal discovered it.

Secondly you have to have your legal name on your paypal account, if you have a nickname or something similar then again it would be limited as you would not be able to provide a document that showed the name on your paypal account was your legal name.

Lastly to change a paypal.me name is not done online on your account, you have to contact customer services and they will do it for you.

oh and another question, can I delete this paypal account that I've been banned on and use same email to create another?

Unfortunately it is you that have been banned not your account so any other accounts you try and open would be banned as well.

That is UNLESS you were banned for being underage. If that was the 'only' reason then contact customer services and state that you are now over 18 and can you open a new account.

However anything (including the email address) on the banned account would not be able to be used again.

Understandable, last question they said I can call them from Monday to Friday from 8 to 11. Idk what time it would be in CET. They did not precisely say what time zone it is

No idea, but if you go to help/contact bottom of paypal pages > click on the call us option as you scroll down the page you should get the phone number and opening hours for your area / country.

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
