How do I access my Funds whose 180-day review period has expired?

Hello everyone,
A long time ago paypal limited my account and stated that it confiscated all my money from my sales for 180 days.
We have already passed the 180 day period and I have not received an email on how to access my funds.
When I contact support from the message centre, I only get an automatic reply.
The 180-day review period has expired, but I still can't access my money and get information.
Except for the money held, my balance shows as minus (-), but it is not possible to load or send money to my account.
Why isn't it correcting the negative balance using my savings?
How can I access my money?
Is there anyone who can help with this?automatic replies.PNG

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.

I tried to contact the message center but got no response other than the automatic reply.

I contacted Paypala, asked a question to an account approved by the tweeter. I think I understand what the problem is, it could be an error in the address or phone verification.
But now I can't login to my account. This is the error message I got, I changed my password but I still can't login.
same account linked here, i have no problem logging into the community.
I don't know what to do I wrote to paypal 😞
Can you help if you know about this subject? Thank you
