Booked a hotel with non refundable rate. A note that refubrishment is taking palce was below booking details. However refurbishment was supposed to end 3 months plus before our visit. Now contacted the hotel to make sure that they will finish after reading reviews and they said they might update dates on webiste. Am I protrcted in some way, will paypal help me get a refund? As this is false advertisment
You could try a dispute for 'service' not as described but whether you get a refund or not depends on a lot of different circumstances outlined in paypals buyer protection policy.
