Getting my account reinstated after being limited due to age.

Hi, A few years ago I got my account limited for being underage -16 or 17, I have tried to delete it, but as you may know you cant close a account with limited access. My question is, now that I'm of age, can I somehow get my account reinstated?

You would never be able to use that illegally opened underage account again but once 18 Paypal may allow you to open a new account.

Opening a new account is not guaranteed as you have already broken their rules once so check with customer services first.
