How can I confirm my account without SSN or ITIN Number? I live in USA, but I don't have these documents yet. I use my paypal account, and I have some money there. Can I send my passport?
You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
