Hello, my account was limited on 11/16/20 and I am back to collect the money left in my account. When I click 'Collect Money' I get an error message that says "Sorry, something's not right. Please try again later." I am using my PC browser, and am a business account that was limited awhile ago. (Was sent an email saying they will tell me how to collect funds after 6 months, never got it.)
Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.
1. Paypal phones when available (you can use the guest option if you can't log in). 2. Live chat is also randomly available. 3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out. Or 4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
