Buyer protection when paying a money request?

I received a money request from a seller for goods that I am purchasing. Is there buyer protection when paying via money request?

Yes but buyer protection is not a 100% coverall so read up on it so you can risk assess your transaction.

Make sure the m.r. lists what you are paying for and the price accurately.
