Any success in reversing restricted account?

My account was restricted for no reason but trying to get an answer is impossible, has anyone had success in having it reversed? I’ve sent numerous emails with no response.

Normally you can't appeal a permanently limited account.

However you can ask customer services but if they do not reply seems they won't consider it?
