Account limitations

My account was permanently locked on February 8 ,and I got a mail saying my money will be held for 180 days that after then PayPal will email me on how to transfer my money . But unfortunately till now I haven’t got any mail from PayPal and it’s over 180 days now

I would advise messaging PayPal and calling them both. Try to have your old account information handy (email, password, the amount to be transferred etc). Calling them is going to be much faster and easier, if you haven't already. They will have you verify identity, just know your social security number and other information. The automated phone system will ask for phone number associated, social and the last 4 of your old card. After that ask to speak to an agent. Have your info, they'll fix it. They're open 6 am to 6 pm.[Removed. Phone #s not permitted]
