Account limitation, forgot what address was registere. When I log into my account to perform a transaction, I got an information that my account has been limited and I can no longer us it. I am taken to a page when I have to confirm my address. I haven't used this account in years, and don't remember what address it was registered under.
You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
