Account is still limited even though i sent the required documents.

Hello i really need help with this.

On the 12th i woke up and tried to make a transaction but it said "Your account is limited. Please check your PayPal Account Overview page for information on how to resolve this problem." i checked my email and it said "You can't send or transfer money from your PayPal account"

it said 

"To comply with applicable laws, we need to collect certain information from you to help make the PayPal community as secure as possible. Until we receive it, you can't send or withdraw funds from your account."

Just log in to www.paypal.com and follow the instructions in your account notifications

there was no notification so i just uploaded my proof of identity and address.

after a few days i tried to make a transaction again

even though i uploaded the required files it says im limited.

there is nothing in the resolution centre and there is no notification that the emails are talking about.

Any help is really appreciated

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
