Hello everyone, I've login into my business PayPal account after 3 months and I realized that I can't make any transactions, I can't send-request or withdraw any money. I would appreciate any help!

They tell you to go to the resolution centre and if no joy contact customer services?

Hello , it ask to add the business registration number but my business is not register because i don't have a store
