Hello there, i have an issue. I am trying to connect my paypal account with my e-shop. I had already did that before and had successfully completed. But now i am trying to add the paypal again, i tried different paypal plugins and i am getting an "10002 error - Account is restricted. Refer to the article to troubleshoot the error." What i have to do???
