My attempts to ping www.ipnpb.sandbox.paypal.com are timing out. Not so with www.sandbox.paypal.com. Any information out there? I'm currently trying to test my ipn listener, but I can't get past the step where I validate the ipn sent from my sandbox business account. I get an 'Name of service not known' error.
