paypal express button

deploy to netlify and get a deployment. The app works like it should but the express checkout button does not appear.

on localhost button is good! downloaded the full example made a file called PayPalButton.js pasted the example in and 

put the sandbox id in and ..... nothing!

I'm probably in the wrong spot for this kind of thing but "here's hoping"!
