For several hours now the sandbox endpoint "/cgi-bin/webscrit" has been returning errors (alternating between 503,500 and 404) after each attempt to initiate a payment. A few weeks ago there were similars problems. Is it something that affects only some implementations? Or is it something that I should get used to? I just can't imagine why this service so often doesn't work.
