Require Customer’s Billing Address

Is there way to force PayPal to send billing address with it's request?

As of yet, it only send shipping. And it is a problem when it comes to virtual products or shipping to store.

I'm using Default module for M2 2.2.3

You Can force it however its a feature that needs to be enabled on the PayPal side, merchants need to be vetted for access, so first port of call would be to contact your account manager (paypal.com/contactus) or customer support.
