Paypal Sandbox showing error

I am getting below errors

In dashboard -

Something went wrong. Your sandbox app details could not be fetched. You can try again or you can fetch your live app details.

If you wish to report this error please include the following error id: ae5d3a0080be8

In Paypal payment gateway-

Sorry, your bank wasn't able to verify your MASTERCARD- <removed> at this time. Please try a different card.

Please help me out how to resolve this and make one successful test transaction in the sandbox mode.

I have the same error!!! In dashboard:

When I try to authorized through API receive 401 code:

The live mode works well!
