Can business in Barbados use Paypal Braintree gateway for Paypal and credit/debit card payment?

My client's business is placed in Barbados.

He wants to integrate Braintree gateway on his website but he can't convinced that businesses in Barbados can use Braintree for Paypal and credit/debit card payment, as merchant.

Now, I can't contact to Braintree support team. So if who know about this, please help me. I urgently need it.

After conducting a thorough investigation, I have confirmed that Braintree Payments is currently not available in Barbados. However, I would like to inform you that PayPal is indeed available in Barbados for both sending and receiving payments.

I also confirmed that PayPal Checkout is available as well in Barbados:
