SDK how to pass department email

i'm upgrading to the javascript SDK   (www.paypal.com/sdk/js?) and need to know how/where  I can send a department email address in the API call

currently, the 'old way' we use hidden fields for "business"

<input type="hidden" name="business" value=  dept1 email address

'<input type="hidden" name="business" value=  dept2 email address

when payments are made the correct dept receives the automated email from PayPal
