Mikrotik User Manager don't recieves confirmation of payment from Sandbox account

Hi there. I'm testing PayPal Sandbox accounts. I'm testing a hotspot with Radius sever (Miktorik RouterOS + User Manager). I set up the Mikrotik system and 'signup' page in User Manager works fine by creating a new user and accesing Paypal to make payment (payment in client account is descounted)...but User Manager do not recieve payment confirmation to allow new user to login and access internet trought the hotspot.
I revised all I found in Mikrotik manuals (wiki.mikrotik) and I can't see where's the issue.
Someone can help?
