Filter Dialog box has technical issues.

Hi,

 

I'm trying to generate a transaction report from Sept 2021 and I click on Activity, All Transactions, Filter, and a dialog box pops up.  I click on Date to change the date and I can't scroll down to get to Custom Date.  I have to use the down arrow to move down.  I find Custom Date and manually enter the dates I want and an error screen pops up.  I included a screencastify screen recording below to show what I mean.  

 

I don't know how to contact PayPal technical assistance directly and have been going around in endless loops.  If anyone reading this can forward this to them to address and fix, I would appreciate it.
