I am not able to download an annual financial report. It simply doesn’t give me the option. I have seen the report on other people’s accounts and it gives a pdf file for the prior year. Mine doesn’t have that feature. I have asked PayPal repeatedly to add this feature to mine, with no prevail. Anyone have an idea as to how I can get this information? I believe it is a technical problem
