unable to view any transaction details, or history

for over 2 wks, I've been trying to get help trying  to read the details posted to my business account.

My webmaster contacted someone. Fix was to be made...NOTHING.

I've even mailed a letter to PayPal...NOTHING. 

 

why do I have the feeling that PayPal really doesn't care?
