I've been using Paypal to print my shipping labels and I'm trying to figure out now how to easily add up the shipping charges for last year. I can't seem to find the charges listed in the Monthly Sales Report or Monthly Financial Summary, but perhaps I haven't looked everywhere..
I've kept all the paper stubs, but there must be an easier way..
Thanks so much for your help 🙂

I have been asking this same question over and over and I see it listed here without any responses. PayPal says there is no way to do it, but you'd think, you'd THINK with all the charts they have, they can do that calculation!!

Hi, I asked a similar question a thread above and the response hasn't been helpful so far.
However, I do know that last year, I just searched for paid amount for search term "USPS" in the reports section and I get that total and then divide it in two to get the amount paid (divided because it shows it beginning the payment and then when it cleared). I have never known if it is a perfectly accurate number, but is what I have been using. It was so hard to get to figure out how to do that I made notes for myself for each time I had to go look up the info. I will find the notes and post specifics soon.

go to paypal/history/reports
To find just shipping costs go to choose another report/transactions/payments made and search usps, then divide the total in HALF!!!!!
Let me know if this helps or if there is a better way that someone has found!

Sorry, the page has changed since I did that note...
Go to History/Reports
Then go to transaction finder on the right side of page.
Put in USPS and search back, and it will only allow 90 days, I just realized, oops. That would be too convenient I guess for it to allow us to look at the whole year. Anyway, be sure to select 'payments sent' from the pulldown. If you do this quarterly, you will stay up to date and have it at tax time.
I guess this year, I will just do the last 90 days and then assume it was the same for each quarter (times 4).

Are you sure about dividing by 2? I ask because the total of the report is already half the total you get by summing the entire column.

I am wondering why people are saying to cut the charges in half. I go back through the history and search USPS payments sent and add up all the charges, wouldn't that be correct if I am only sending money to USPS to ship eBay sales? It is easier to do it every month so it doesn't get burdensome at the end of the year like now!
