My Verified Business Member number is still 0, even after dozens of transactions.

I have a membership website that began in July 2009. I have had dozens of transactions to date and can't get resolution as to why my Verified Business Member number is still 0.

 

About 35% of my potential members opt out on the last screen that displays that number. I'm sure because they see the 0 and think I'm not reputable or I am new.

 

I have contacted PayPal support numerous times and am told that feature is no longer an active part of PayPal and that it can't be changed or deleted.

 

At this point I am extremely frustrated because I am losing business because of it. Can anyone help me figure out a workaround or a different way to take care of this?
