Can anyone tell me what will happen if I refuse to give PayPal my social security number? I just completed my 200th transaction of low dollar sales and they have requested my social security number and threaten that I could be prohibited from selling if I do not comply. I will not sell anywhere near the $20,000.00 annual amount that is required before PayPal reports to the IRS (supposedly).
