Somebody has paid me twice by mistake. If I refund them one of the payments in full will I lose out by still having to pay the receiving fee or other fee. It isnt my fault I have to refund but will possibly lose out due to my buyer error!!

If you use the "refund" option via the details of the transaction in your paypal account then the fee you were charged when the buyer paid will be refunded MINUS a 20p processing fee.
So you should only be 20p down.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
