sent to wrong person

hello i sent a payment to some one becouse i wanted to buy an iteam from a game but i sent the money to wrong e mail and i wondering how can i get my money back

What does it say next to the transaction in your paypal account.

 

1. Completed.

2. Unclaimed

3. Unclaimed with a cancel option.

Then you need to email that person and ask them to refund the payment.

 

If they don't then as long as you sent the payment as "goods" and not "gift" then file for item not received via the resolution tab in your paypal account and as that person has nothing to send you they should refund and if not escalate the dispute to a claim.

i talked to tham they dont respon i made a dispute and ill wait now thx for the help

I sent a gift to the wrong email address using a debit card.  

 

The status is showing as unclaimed.  I do not have the option to CANCEL under the actions column.

 

How can I get my payment cancelled? 

 

I cannot raise a dispute against the transaction id.

 

Am I stuck?
