sent money but had no goods

sent money for a saddle on friday but got given the wrong email so they didnt receive it so resent to the right one on monday as we have been away think they have sold the item and they said they will refund the money back but not had anything yet this was on the 29th may how long duz this take thanks karen

Were you able to cancel the first payment and get that money back??

As for refunds they instantly show in your paypal transaction history but it depends how you paid for the item via paypal as  to where it goes as if you paid via a card then it automatically goes back there rather than your paypal balance but takes about a week to process back.

If it does not show in your transaction history then they have not refunded so contact them again and if no refund then open a dispute for non receipt of item if you paid using the goods option or via an invoice or ebay.
