hi all,this is a bit of a serious problem i have with a seller/fraudster
i bought 3 items from a seller ,he is supplying a recorded delivery number that does not relafe to 1 of my items ,no way could it have been sent in the package he sent another one of the items in
i have opened up 2 case against in ebay but is this a paypal issue?
i have all the emails he sent me to support that he did not send all of these together
If you have opened your disputes with eBay then they will be taking care of the cases. You cannot dispute the same transaction with both eBay and PayPal. For further advice on the status of your claims you should contact them directly.
