I paid for an item on 07/10/14 & the seller immediately contact me that he has issued with his account & we both agreed to cancelled the transaction,the money was on pending when I checked my account but as you can see it's over a month now & I haven't received the money yet.. Can you tell what is going on please... Thanks
If you funded the original paypal payment to the seller with a debit or credit card then it won't go back to your paypal balance.
Once marked as completed it will automatically go back to your bank account or credit card but takes up to a week to process through to the bank and a bit longer for a c.c.
