Im a bit confused i purchased goods on the 21st september paying with paypal the seller prefered cash so he refunded me through paypal i payed cash for the goods, on the 25th september my bank account was debited for the full amount so in effect ive payed for the item twice and now the refund is on hold, why was it taken in the first place! as it was cancelled before the funds was taken out, i just hope im going to recieve any interest that may have incured but probably not.
It can take up to 4 days for the funds go from your bank account to the merchant or seller. If a refund is done, it can take another couple of days for the funds to be returned to your PayPal Account Balance.
