Hi i made to payments of £25 back in february 21st which had to cancell just after as seller said their email address was incorrect payments showing as cancelled but still not receieved money bsck in bank!was quick enough to take it now im £50 short in my bank can anyone help
If you funded it via instant transfer then it would have gone back to your paypal account and not your balance and once there paypal would have used it every time you bought something until it was used up.
Click on transactions back then and you will probably see they were funded from your refund / balance rather than your normal funding source.
