How do I exactly open up a case as a paypal guest user, please provide a step by step approach.

I have even tried ringing and the automated machine does no understand I am a paypal guest user, How do I actually talk to a real person?

This is very frustrating and I just want to be able to open up a case on this item

you have to communicate with Customer Solutions by phone or email to do so,

Contact us bottom of paypal pages > put in account probs and phone the number given.

When you get through don't say or select any options just hang on till you get an agent.

Tell them you paid as a guest buyer and need them to open and escalate a dispute for you.
