I am wondering why there is no option in PayPal where you could cancel ur payment, Atleast within a limited time.
Its mind boggling. Why am I not given this simple level of protection.
If I unfortunately pay a scammer, I shud have Atleast some time to be able to stop the payment and get my money back rather than waiting for days and days to finally get a refund.
You can only cancel if the the status shows "unclaimed" and the "cancel" link is active. The exception is eChecks. You can learn more by searching the "Help" section.
