Please help me!!!

I bought one tablet form China but I sent it back 45 days after and the seller didn't send my money back!!!

I have some email from the seller but just promises but don't send!!!

I don't know what can I do this story start in February!!!!!

You had up to 45 days to file a claim with paypal for item received but not as described and paypal would have told you if and when to send the item back.

I think its past 45 days now so paypal cannot help you..

If you funded your paypal payment with a credit card then contact your card issuer and see if they will chargeback for you.
