hi guys 

 recieved an item that was not as described and not working, i opened a claim with paypal and messaged seller who responded in an email saying that he would refund when he recieved the item back. seller has now ssaid that he has allowed refund with paypal who are holding the refund until he confirms he has recieved the item back. 

 now to my question,should i send the item back now? or do i wait until i hear from paypal, from whom i have had no emails or messages stating the refund had been given and was being held until confirmation of a return.
