the refund i sent came from my paypal account balance but the buyer says that on her account that the refund has now been put on "Temporary Hold" in the type column, and "Placed" in the status column.""
please could you tell me what that means as the money came out immediately from my paypal balance so why has it been put on temporary hold and placed on their end??

Did you refund your buyer before your initial payment from them has cleared from their bank?
