hi could someone from paypal team email a seller on my account on my behalf as they are telling me they have sent a refund and they havent and im being ignorded by them now really not happy as it is for £250 and im in work all day so cant sort out i was hoping you might get some where i have kept emails and texts to confirm they have agreed to give me refund

This is a help board not paypal customer services. And paypal do not get involved in that sort of thing.
If you have not received an item or a refund then file for item not received via the resolution tab in your paypal account > put in what has happened and escalate to a claim.
BUT before you do that did you get an email to say you have been refunded?? If you did then it you paid the original paypal payment with a card it does not go back to your paypal balance it goes automatically back to your card but can take about a week to do so.
Advice is voluntary.
