i received an email stating that i have sent a pre paid payment to ebay ag, which i didnt authorise, what shall i do

Welcome tot he PayPal Community. Did you log into your PayPal account to see if there was a payment? Our emails will always address you by your full name and never ask you to provide personal information by clicking on a link.
