claiming money

Ive had an email from paypal asking me to claim my money and to click on a link but it only takes me into paypal and I dont know what to do after that?

Is the payment in another currency and if so have you added that currency as a receiving currency to your paypal account?

Thanks for your reply the currency is sterling so not a different currency.
