Hello, Please could I have some advise.
We paid for a holiday using paypal. we paid in euros. We have had to cancel our booking. The company have agreed to cancel the booking but have said there is likely to be a paypal charge incurred to them, which they will need to take out of our refunded money.
Can anyone advise is this correct and if so how much the charge is likley to be
many thanks

Depends when you paid, is it past 60 days when you made the booking?
