Will Paypal Cover This?

So I've bought clothes off a website and used paypal to pay, however I've returned some of the products to the company with tracking. The tracking info shows that the company has received my returns, yet has not emailed me and it has been over the 10 day timescale for a refund to be processed. I've sent them 3 different emails now about it but have not heard anything back, so can this be covered by paypal? Or am I basically missing my purchases and money forever now?

Normally in the event of an item received but not as described dispute paypal don't deal in 'part refunds' so if they find in your favour you would be asked to return everything to the seller and provide tracking.

 

So i would file a dispute and escalate to a claim and give paypal your tracking number, then if you get a full refund you can pay the seller for the items you have kept.
